La Comunidad Latinoamericana (CLA) is very excited to welcome all returning and upcoming students from Latin America to campus. This year thanks to our sponsors, the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CLACS), and the Office of Admissions, La Comunidad will host a welcome picnic for all Latin American students. 

Join us at the Patriarche Park pavilion on Friday, Sep 17, 2021, 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm. A variety of Latin American foods will be offered. If you are NOT an incoming student, please bring a side dish to share.

Patriarche Park is located at 960 Alton Road in East Lansing. This location is convenient for students using public transportation. CATA bus route 24 will take you directly from campus to Patriarche Park.
