CLACS organizes an annual Graduate Student Research Conference for MSU graduate students to present their research on Latin America and the Caribbean. The conference catalyzes interdisciplinary conversations on themes of shared interest and provides an opportunity for students to practice organizing and delivering professional research presentations. Each year, a call for abstracts circulates in September, and the conference takes place in late October/early November.
